Message from president

The Future Comes from Trust.
This is what the Daiei Kankyo Group cherishes, and we have been developing a wide range of environmentally related businesses with waste management and recycling as its core business.
In a society where a circular economy and decarbonization are required, we believe that it is time to reexamine waste management and recycling. Municipalities facing population decline are finding it difficult to develop and operate publicly funded facilities for general waste management mainly due to financial issues. Therefore, more of those municipalities are shifting to utilize private funds to develop and operate waste management facilities and outsource general waste management to the private sector. In recent years, natural disasters have become more frequent and larger in scale, making the role of private waste management companies even more important in quickly and safely disposing of large amounts of disaster waste.
In this business environment, the Group has identified five material issues (Materiality) and formulated a new medium-term management plan (D-Plan2028) to address these issues.
By changing the way waste management and recycling are performed so that the integrated treatment of general waste and industrial waste becomes the norm, and by changing the way resources are recycled so that we can become a supplier of high-quality raw materials to the “artery” market, we will create social value in the form of “realization of carbon neutrality,” “realization of circular economy,” and “reduction of waste management costs.” Through these efforts, we will maximize the value of our Group by gaining the trust of society and achieving sustainable growth.
We would like to ask for your continued understanding and support.
President and Representative Director
