Facility construction
We have obtained special construction licenses and are capable of constructing, refurbishing, and demolishing a variety of facilities, mainly those related to waste management. We have received number of commissions from municipalities. For example, we were commissioned to construct, operate, and manage the Omihachiman Environmental Energy Center, a general waste management facility in Omihachiman City, Shiga Prefecture.
Facility administration
Proper maintenance and management is essential for the stable and long-term op-eration of a plant in a sound condition. We have four decades of experience in op-erating a large number of in-house and external waste management facilities. We apply our experience and know-how as a private-sector user to the operation and management of municipal clean centers, providing various benefits such as maxi-mizing the number of operating days, reviewing existing facilities, and reducing maintenance and management costs through optimization.
Inspections, maintenance and repairs
We provide inspection, maintenance and repair services to bring aging facilities up to date. In accordance with the Construction Business Act, we provide services tai-lored to the needs of customers through a proper inspection and maintenance system staffed by managing engineers, including facility maintenance, equipment removal and repair.
Full backup system
In the event of a problem at a customer's facility, we have a backup system in place that includes our group's own incinerators, which are permitted for general waste management.

Construction
Omihachiman Environmental Energy Center
We were commissioned to maintain and operate this facility through the DBO method. We monitor and operate the entire facility, covering everything from incineration and power genera-tion in the boiler. This compact and highly efficient power generation facility also utilizes residual heat without waste.
Under the DBO procurement method, a contractor in the private sector is appointed to design, build, and operate a facility that is owned and financed by a municipality.

Eco Clean Yamatokoriyama Co., Ltd. formed with JFE Environ-ment Technology Co., Ltd. is specified purpose company , which we have been contracted for 15 years to provide long-term com-prehensive operational , management, maintenance and repair services at Yamatokoriyama Cleaning Center.
