6th to 7th Management Plan Periods
In the 6th Management Plan, we revised our management vision to “Enhancing business continuity and evolving as a company with the power to create better environments”. We commenced efforts to create new value, without being fixated on immediate gain. The year 2016, the start of the 7th Plan Period, was a major turning point, marking 40 years since our founding, and we used this time to establish a foundation for our business to last 100 years.
2014
Solar power business was commenced,
and DINS Megasolar site was completed
In 2014, we built DINS Megasolar, a project with over 9,000 solar panels, in response to social circumstances such as power shortages following the Great East Japan Earthquake, and a national policy increasing the target percentage of renewable energy in the power mix. In 2018, there was an expansion of Megasolar on the same scale, and current power generation is 5.5 million kWh annually.

Recycle and Equal Co., Ltd. (now: DINS Kansai Co., Ltd.) was acquired as a subsidiary
Sep.Compost factory was completed in Miki Recycle Center
Sep.Food recycling loop business began in collaboration with Aeon Group
2015
First Mie Chuo Kaihatsu Fureai Festival was held

To inform the local community about the efforts of the Daiei Kankyo Group, and show our continuing gratitude, we started holding large-scale events in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, and Iga City, Mie Prefecture.
Dec.Major Venous・Japan Co., Ltd. was established through joint investment

2016
General Agriculture & Forestry Co., Ltd. was acquired as a subsidiary
We entered the forest management business by acquiring all shares of General Agriculture & Forestry Co., Ltd., a company conserving approximately 8,000 hectares of forests at 26 locations throughout Japan (as of 2016).
Mar.TRY-R Recycle Center was opened in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Aluminum pellets business started.
Contract for disaster waste management from Kumamoto City was agreed upon
Nov.Green Arrows Kansai Co., Ltd. was established through joint investment

Geo-Re Japan, Inc. was acquired as a subsidiary
Feb.Controlled final disposal site and recycling center was opened in Gobo City, Wakayama Prefecture
