First growth period: Late stage

In FY2018, we greatly exceeded income objectives set for FY2020 in the 7th Management Plan, so to further lay the foundation for a 100-year company, we formulated our 8th Management Plan starting from FY2019. We began efforts to address ESG measures. Starting in FY2021, we have been updating our mid-term management plan annually over a three-year period to address social issues, promoting more rigorous ESG measures. Furthermore, we achieved listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market to strengthen our governance structure as the Group expands.
